💼 Job Overview: Customer Success Manager (West USA)
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Miovision, you will lead customer relationships across California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Montana. Your mission is to ensure every customer—from onboarding to renewal—gets maximum value from Miovision’s solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B customer management, project leadership, and technical expertise who enjoy solving problems and driving results.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
As a CSM, you will:
Manage customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Document and track each customer journey with accuracy.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to boost growth.
Proactively monitor customer health, risks, and escalations.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve the customer experience.
Deliver consultative guidance to align Miovision’s solutions with customer goals.
Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience).
Proven background in technical account management, B2B client support, or project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing full customer lifecycles: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
Knowledge of ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), networking, or IoT is a strong plus.
Multilingual skills (French or Spanish) are considered an asset.
