Education and Basic Requirements
A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Communication Skills

Interpersonal Skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate successfully with colleagues and provide excellent support to residents.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors are highly valued.
Technical Skills
Basic computer skills are necessary for tasks such as printing documents and entering resident-related information into systems.
Physical Requirements
This position involves a physically active work environment. Candidates must be capable of performing the following duties:
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the workday.
Frequently lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Assisting residents with mobility tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, and providing support in the event of a fall.
Health and Background Requirements
All applicants must meet the following health and compliance standards:
Successful completion of a criminal background clearance.
Good physical and mental health, ensuring the ability to perform assigned responsibilities.
Completion of a health screening conducted by a licensed physician either within six months prior to employment or within seven days after starting work.
Confirmation that the applicant is free from pulmonary tuberculosis during the initial screening and annual testing thereafter.
