🏆 Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant at PIPECARE, you will handle end-to-end accounting operations with a focus on project accounting, cost control, and financial accuracy. Your daily tasks may include:
Managing full-cycle project accounting, including budget tracking, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
Preparing detailed cost reports and collaborating with project managers to ensure financial accuracy.
Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain cash flow.
Preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.
Processing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Working with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics to maintain accurate records.
Assisting with audit preparation and supporting internal financial controls.
✅ Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
💡 Preferred Experience

Background in industries such as engineering, energy, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
Familiarity with budgeting software and project management tools.
Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian tax regulations, including sales/use tax and 1099 compliance.
