Key Responsibilities
As a Starbucks Barista, you will:
Craft and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with speed and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
Follow established pouring methods and portion controls
Provide friendly, helpful customer service to every guest
Assist teammates and support other café operations when needed
Required Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates should have:
1–2 years of barista or coffee shop experience (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with hospitality POS systems and cash handling
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
High standards for cleaning, safety, and food hygiene
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
